A projekt során megépült modern technológiával kialakított raktárcsarnok és a beszerzésre került modern állványrendszer, anyagmozgató gépek és berendezések a 2014. évben megépült raktárral minden elemében kompatibilis lett, azzal egységes egészet alkotva.

A projekt tartalmának rövid bemutatása:
A 15,07 millió forint összegű európai uniós támogatás segítségével K & V Nemzetközi Fuvarozó Kft célja, hogy a munkavállalók munkahelyi és munkavégzéshez kapcsolódó készségeit és kompetenciáit tovább fejlessze a vállalkozás piaci versenyképességének megtartása és növelése érdekében. Fontos , hogy a munkavállalók rendelkezzenek a jogszabályban előírt képesítésekkel, ezen felül pedig egyre több szakmailag képzett, kommunikációs valamint idegen nyelvi kompetenciákkal is rendelkező munkaerőre van szükség. A projekt keretében megvalósított képzésektől azt várjuk, hogy a munkavállalóink tudás- és ismeret bővítését szolgálja, ezáltal hatékonyabban tudják végezni feladataikat, a megbízókkal és a kollégákkal való kommunikációban és konfliktus kezelésében pedig a megszerzett kompetenciák és technikák használata segítségükre lesz.
